Kingaroy Swimming Club Mission Statement

The mission of Kingaroy Swimming Club (KSC) is to work with the Kingaroy Aquatic Centre lessees to ensure the optimum development of swimming in Kingaroy.
It is our aim to assist members achieve the highest goals possible to which they aspire.

We aim to be at the forefront of Queensland Swimming. To do this we will:
1. Encourage participation in the sport of swimming at KAC and in KSC.
2. Provide opportunities for swimmers to increase their skills and enjoyment in the sport of swimming through:
a.Encouraging members to attend and enjoy club nights by providing a supportive environment, good competition and an efficiently run programme.
b.Encourage members to compete at swimming carnivals at all levels.
3. Provide opportunities for coaches, officials, parents and other volunteers to develop their skills and enhance their enjoyment.
4. Administer the club in a professional and ethical manner.
5. Utilise sound financial practices to keep the club on a sound base for ongoing stability.
6. Enhance the profile of both the club and the sport of swimming in the wider community.
